Job Description
The Concierge+ Support Technician is responsible for fulfillment and distribution of released finished products for Concierge+ replacement orders. The incumbent is also responsible for performing network configurations (as required) on the product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pre-shipment inspection for accuracy and conformance;
- Goods receipt, put-away, order picking, order packing, order shipping, and order posting;
- Cycle counting and general record keeping;
- Utilize automated shipping systems to process domestic orders for shipping;
- Reorder and maintain adequate level of shipping supplies;
- Replenishment of inventories and shipping stations;
- Organize and maintain good housekeeping in warehouse;
- Schedule shipment pick-ups;
- Routinely lifts and carries up to 50 pounds;
- May operate a Forklift as required;
- Perform Network configurations on product (as required);
- Compile data and generates requested reports;
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with current position needs and department expectations, as defined by divisional executive management;
- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 or more years’ experience in logistics from any manufacturing industry
- Experience in using ERP systems
- Must have intermediate to strong computer skills and successful experience working with spreadsheets, word processors, and database programs
- Ability to read and understand general correspondence, periodicals, and procedures
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Experience in packing and shipping activities
- Tech savvy individual and able to follow directions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of experience in GMP requirements and preferably ISO-9000 requirements;
- Some prior use of forklift;
- Knowledge of using MS Word and Excel
Education:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Associate Degree in Electronics or Computer programming or equivalent field is preferred
