What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of college courses is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or stockroom environment, preferably within the medical device industry
- Working knowledge of shipping methods, including international shipping, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to operate office equipment and proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documents and regulations
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work comfortably in a quiet, warehouse setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with international logistics and customs procedures
- Prior experience using QAD or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in a warehouse environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or related coursework is advantageous
- Extensive experience in medical device or healthcare-related logistics preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a predominantly quiet environment, sitting, reaching, and moving within the facility
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and carriers
