Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will work with the current Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse team in a
fast-paced, challenging environment supporting our overall operations, including tasks critical
to the successful functioning of our ERP system and order fulfilment. This is a full-time position;
the hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving Duties
• Receive incoming shipments of our radio frequency laser devices (approx. 40 pounds) and
route to the appropriate department.
• Match product received with purchase order and vendor packing slip, RMA, RTS to verify
received product accuracy.
• Assist with quality inspections on incoming shipments.
• Manage receiving purchase orders documentation flow to accounting and quality control.
• Interact with Logistics team to verify received product accuracy and quality.
Warehouse Duties
• Accurately maintain inventory and inventory records utilizing online computer system and
scanner. – ERP= QAD MFG, CRM= Salesforce Email= Outlook
• Prepare and verify supplies before distribution.
• Participate in periodic cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Stocking goods.
• Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Keeping work areas clean and well organized at all times.
