Job Summary
We are seeking a Branch Universal Banker to handle deposit accounts, customer service, cash management, and back-office transaction processing. This role requires daily interaction with clients and operational support for the branch office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process deposits and cash transactions with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with deposit regulations
- Handle wire transfers and back-office transactions
- Assist with opening new accounts, especially for commercial and business clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a related field
- Knowledge of commercial banking practices and deposit compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of Treasury Services products
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic banking environment
