Salary: $140-180k plus bonus opportunities
Location: Orange County, CA
A national law firm is seeking an attorney with trial experience to join their California litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on advancing attorneys through the next steps in their career while offering an environment where common sense and practicality are prized over tradition and bureaucracy. Hybrid and remote options are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and demonstrate exceptional service and communication.
- Experience defending clients in California state and federal courts
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing and appearing for trial.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
