Trial Attorney - Insurance Defense
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and demonstrate exceptional service and communication.
- Experience defending clients in California state and federal courts
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing and appearing for trial.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
