Deburrer
Job Description
We are seeking a Deburr Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for removing burrs and sharp edges from precision machined parts using various hand tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aerospace machine shop environment.
Key Responsibilities

Remove burrs from machined parts using hand tools and parts tumblers.

Inspect parts for defects and promptly notify the supervisor of any issues.

Accurately fill out job travelers with part counts and process information.

Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor and bathrooms as needed.

Operate CNC mills and lathes when required.

Perform basic machine maintenance, including adding oil and coolant, and cleaning machines.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of deburring experience in an aerospace machine shop environment.

Excellent attention to detail to effectively identify burrs and surface defects.

Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.

Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
