Job Description
Marquee Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team! This role focuses on supporting industries such as manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, and administration. It is ideal for individuals with recruitment or administrative experience in these fields who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Employee onboarding (I-9, E-Verify)
- Scheduling interviews
- Updating employee records
- Processing background checks and drug screenings
- Completing employee references
- Managing employee conversions and terminations
- Process and audit employee timekeeping and requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Leverage various job boards and sourcing platforms for recruitment efforts.
- Track applicants and employees in Bullhorn ATS/CRM
- Navigate client-specific ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, UltiPro, ICIMs, Greenhouse, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Prior experience working in fast pace environment or staffing environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong professional written communication skills.
- Availability to work after hours or overtime as needed.
- Passionate about helping others and achieving results.
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- 40 hours / week, overtime available as needed
- Uncapped commission potential
- $23hr - 26hr Depending on experience

With more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, Claudia has been instrumental in expanding Marquee's Orange County presence and driving operational excellence since joining the company in 2011.
Claudia specializes in workforce solutions across Healthcare, Financial Services, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Medical Device, Human Resources, Administrative & Executive Support, Banking, Technical, Clerical, Customer Service, and Light Industrial. Her expertise includes temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire, onsite workforce management, payrolling, and employee leasing. Prior to joining Marquee, she successfully managed large onsite staffing programs supporting the mortgage, aerospace, medical device, and healthcare industries. Claudia is recognized for building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering customized workforce solutions that drive measurable results.
Originally from Colombia, SA, Claudia can be seen outside of work enjoying a good soccer game, Lakers game or football game. You can also find her in San Clemente on most weekends enjoying the beach and her family.
