Pay Start at 80K + BOE and Licensing
Key Responsibilities

Structural Design:
- Lead the design and analysis of structural projects across sectors, including commercial buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, working with materials such as wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and cold-formed steel.:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and reviewing their work for quality assurance.Oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure timely and on-budget project completion

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, present solutions, and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Structural Analysis:
- Perform structural analysis, simulations, and evaluations to optimize designs for safety, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all structural designs adhere to local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

Innovation:
- Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering, integrating innovative solutions into project designs.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Licensure:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Experience:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a record of successful project leadership.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection, AutoCAD); experience with Revit preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering codes and standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE).

Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for leadership.
- Project management experience is a plus.
