Direct Hire Role
Pay 100K+ BOE and Licensing 

Key Responsibilities

  • Structural Design:
    • Lead the design and analysis of structural projects across sectors, including commercial buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
    • Ensure designs meet industry standards, working with materials such as wood, steel, concrete, masonry, and cold-formed steel.:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and reviewing their work for quality assurance.Oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure timely and on-budget project completion
    • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, present solutions, and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Structural Analysis:
    • Perform structural analysis, simulations, and evaluations to optimize designs for safety, performance, and cost-efficiency.
      • Ensure all structural designs adhere to local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

  • Innovation:
    • Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering, integrating innovative solutions into project designs.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Licensure:
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a record of successful project leadership.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA Suite, 3D Foundation, Section, Connection, AutoCAD); experience with Revit preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of structural engineering codes and standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE).

  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for leadership.
    • Project management experience is a plus.
