Job Description
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Assignment Length: 1-2 months
Location: Poway, Ca
Position Overview
A dedicated and detail-oriented individual is needed to join a collaborative team in the manufacturing industry. The Solderer will be responsible for assembling, soldering of small parts, and testing electronic devices and components in support of production operations.
Job Responsibilities

Assemble, solder and test electronic handheld devices or similar products.

Maintain excellent attention to detail throughout the assembly process.

Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and precision in work.

Operate hand tools safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience working collaboratively with assembly teams.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective verbal communication in English.

Positive and professional attitude.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior soldering experience required.

Proficient and accurate in repetitive tasks.
Physical Requirements
-
Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Good vision including close, distance, color, and depth perception.

Able to use small hand tools as needed.
