Wire Harness Electronics Assembler
Pay: $26–$32/hr (DOE)
Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Wire Harness Electronics Assembler to build complex cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Requires strong soldering, crimping, wire prep, and schematic reading skills, along with First Article Assembly (FAI) experience.

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Wire Harness Electronics Assembler to build complex cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Requires strong soldering, crimping, wire prep, and schematic reading skills, along with First Article Assembly (FAI) experience.
Responsibilities:

Assemble complex wire and cable harnesses (point-to-point, routing, lacing, chassis/panel wiring)

Perform wire prep: stripping, tinning, crimping, terminating

Hand solder/de-solder using through-hole techniques (microscope work as needed)

Build per schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions

Support First Article Assembly (FAI) builds and provide feedback on build issues

Perform continuity testing, inspections, rework, and repairs

Complete production and quality documentation

Follow safety and workmanship standards
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
5+ years wire/cable harness assembly experience
-
Strong soldering, crimping, and wire routing skills
-
Ability to read schematics, drawings, and BOMs
-
Experience with hand tools, crimp tools, and basic electrical test equipment
-
Detail-oriented; able to work independently

Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed

Technical or vocational electronics training
-
ISO 9001 or regulated manufacturing experience
