As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will spearhead the design and development of electrical systems across a variety of projects. Your extensive expertise will be pivotal in providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Lead the design and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

Technical Expertise:
Offer expert guidance on electrical system design, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and renewable energy solutions.

Team Management:
Mentor junior engineers and designers, provide technical support, review their work, and foster their professional growth.

Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Design and Analysis:
Perform electrical system calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize system performance, efficiency, and safety.

Code Compliance:
Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.

Budget and Schedule Management:
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in electrical system design and documentation.

Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Licensure:
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

Experience:
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering with a proven track record of successful project leadership.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical design software and simulation tools. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Experience:
Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus.
