Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Representative to provide essential support to our high-performing field Sales Representatives in both the U.S. and Canada, as well as collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate deal closures. This role is on-site, requiring a Monday through Friday, 40-hour commitment, with occasional overtime during peak business periods.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, handles multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently, and embraces a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process sales contracts with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate unique or complex inquiries to management for resolution.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM database.
- Coordinate and submit shipment authorizations.
- Communicate shipment updates to customers.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team across various tasks and projects.
- Handle additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management roles.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick adaptability to shifting priorities and workflows.
- Professional and diplomatic problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A collaborative team player who is flexible during peak periods.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms (certifications in Salesforce are a plus).
- Familiarity with the medical device industry is advantageous.
