Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Marquee Staffing, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating and qualifying leads, initiating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and creating opportunities for our sales executives. Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
- Utilize social media platforms, email campaigns, and other tools to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Prospecting and Qualification:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to engage potential clients and understand their staffing requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their fit for Marquee Staffing services.
- Work closely with sales executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Communication and Relationship Building:
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective clients to build rapport and understand their staffing challenges.
- Clearly articulate Marquee Staffing's value proposition and the benefits of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and presentations.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding market insights and potential areas for business expansion.
- Data Management:
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
