Job Title: Nasal Swabber (2-Day Assignment)
Pay:$35/hr.

Position Overview:
As a Nasal Swabber, you will be crucial in supporting our research and development initiatives. You will be responsible for performing nasal swab procedures to collect samples for testing and analysis. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nasal swab procedures on study participants, ensuring proper technique and patient comfort.
- Prepare and label sample collection materials by company protocols.
- Document and maintain accurate records of sample collection and participant information.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to ensure sample integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of collected samples as needed?
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge of nasal swabbing techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare, research, or laboratory setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with study participants and cross-functional team members.
- Familiarity with clinical procedures, infection control standards, and proper specimen collection techniques.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strict adherence to research protocols and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and PPE protocols.
