Job Summary: Our office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering heavy phone calls, managing mail and postage, ordering office supplies, renewing auto registrations, light filing, processing credit card receipts, accounts payable and light accounting, and other similar duties as necessary.
We offer a competitive pay scale of $22-23/hour and will provide comprehensive training to ensure success in this role.
