Job Description
Leading innovative electronics manufacturer of AC and DC programmable power supplies, electronic loads, application specific power subsystems, and compliance test solutions is seeking a Quality Technician Inspector.
- Length: 6 months (+)
- Location: Sorrento Valley
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:30 am to 2pm with overtime
- Compensation: $20-28/hr DOE
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent/ related experience – test and inspection in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience working with metals, electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical components and products
- Experience using various mechanical inspection tools; micrometers, calipers, test equipment and magnifying instruments.
- Quality inspection experience of electronic components, systems and mechanical parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics (and PO’s)
- Good written and communication skills; documentation
- Ability to gather and analyze data; good computer skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25-35lbs
