Job Description
Currently manages three (3) properties totaling approximately 1.2 million SF with 62 suites.
Duties include:
- Assures the management plans for assigned properties are successfully implemented
- responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties;
- bids, contracts, & overseeing TI and cap exp projects as required; posts daily cash receipts; reviews, codes & approves property invoices; monitors tenant delinquencies & pursues legal action if needed; conducts weekly property inspections
- bids, negotiates & monitors vendor contracts on assigned properties
- maintains current rent roll
- prepares monthly reports; prepares annual budgets and reforecasts; reviews & approves CAM recs & estimates
- Participates in 3rd party client meetings. Leasing of renewals on one property.
- This person would oversee a class C/B medical building in Irvine that requires a lot of maintenance.
- They would be also overseeing a 1.5 million square foot Class B+ TI that is coming up soon.
- assisting the others on all other properties.
Location: would work at satellite office location in Laguna Hills.
They would be working in the office with 3 other people.
(TI experience is a must-meaning construction projects)
Need for an immediate hire.
Relocation Costs: No
Compensation Range: $85,000-95,000 with bonus potential
Compensation commensurate with experience

REQUIRED:
CA real estate license
Excel & Word - intermediate
Accounting Software: Yardi
Bachelor's Degree
Commercial Real Estate Property Management Experience - 8 years, minimum
