Job Title: Project Management Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Duration: 4–6 Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT if needed)
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to support an SAP implementation project. This role will provide administrative and project support to the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication are well maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP implementation activities by tracking tasks, timelines, and project deliverables
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and testing results
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative project tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings; attend meetings and take detailed notes
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members
- Assist with purchasing and work order tracking as needed
- Help develop training manuals and build training materials for system users
- Ensure organized record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle
- Previous experience supporting a project manager or project team
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Familiarity with SAP (modules) is preferred
- Ability to share screens and collaborate virtually
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong follow-up and tracking abilities
- Computer-savvy with the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Effective communicator across departments
- Other duties as assigned to support project needs
