Job Description
Work Location: Hybrid [Tu/Thurs Remote - MWF Onsite]
Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Optional 9/80 schedule
Temp to Hire Contract (Full Benefits Upon Conversion)
Job Duties:
- Manage capital project with fixed assets capitalization and supervision
- Manage government and privately funded defense projects along with project managers from other departments.
- Able to confidently manage government projects with GF P&E (Government Furnished Property and Equipment)
- Utilize SAP to generate financial reports to project managers in different verticals of the company.
- Utilize knowledge of cost manufacturing accounting to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies.
- CapEx/Fixed Assets process Invoice Reference Numbers CONSO for parent company and subsidiaries
- SAP Tickets and Change Requests
- Accounting & Tax Package CONSO for parent company and subsidaries.
- Shared Service management, AP, Banking, GL, Treasury
- Strong experience using SAP to manage projects in the area of Finance.
- Past experience handling government contract assignment with GF P&E (Government Furnished Property and Equipment)
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting (Manufacturing)
- Good communication and coordination with project managers and program managers
