The right candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Schedule - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Compensation: $18.00hr.
The right candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Always work safely and efficiently.
- Follow proper GMPs (good Manufacturing practices).
- Follow all company food safety and quality policies.
- Follow work order, procedures and SOPs related to their area.
- Follow batch traceability program, ensure to correctly complete production, kitchen and packaging forms, complete documentation as needed.
- Manage production employees assigned to their area
- Notify shift lead and/or supervisor of any problems or discrepancies.
- Ensure to follow production, kitchen and packaging related SOPs Trained to use fishbowl for printing labels.
- Only operate equipment with proper pre-op and shut down training procedures related to equipment set-up to be able to adjust and correct machine settings.
- Understand and follow all company’s emergency procedures.
- Responsible for reporting food safety and/or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
