Job Title: Production Associate I
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $18/hour
Growth Opportunity: Move to a higher pay rate after about 4–6 months
Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Associate to build cables, wires, and other products. You will work with small parts and tools to make sure products are built correctly.
Production or assembly experience is preferred.
This is a full-time job with a 40-hour workweek.
Job Duties
- Build products by following written instructions, blueprints, and work procedures.
- Put together cables, wires, and small parts.
- Track your daily work in the computer system.
- Use tools such as calipers, multimeters, pin gauges, and micrometers to check parts.
- Make sure products meet quality and performance standards.
- Finish work orders on time.
- Report any problems to your supervisor right away.
- Follow all safety and quality rules.
- Help find ways to improve the work, quality, and production process.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Production or assembly experience is preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work with small parts and tools.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable and able to work a full 40-hour week.
