Job Description
Position Title: Medical Provider – Family Medicine Physician (Primary Care, Outpatient)
A large, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multi-specialty outpatient clinics across Los Angeles County is seeking dedicated and mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to join its expanding team.

Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
This role offers the opportunity to provide critically needed primary care services to underserved and uninsured populations throughout the Los Angeles area. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes Family Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Together, the team delivers comprehensive and compassionate care to tens of thousands of patients each year.
Minimum Requirements:

Completion of a Family Medicine residency program, or current status as Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
