Job Description
Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift (7:00am to 5pm), 100% onsite
Pay: $18.50/hr.
You will be responsible for receiving and responding to in-house, client and customer inquiries, email, fax and mail. Respond to customer and client emails, process requests for customer accounts, clients and in-house agents and management team. Assist with sending mail correspondences and supporting Operations managers with follow-ups.
We are looking for someone who is organized, ability to multi-task, self-motivated and trustworthy. You must have good computer skills, data entry, and general administrative knowledge.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/ GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience in banking, loans or mortgage is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
