Job Title: Office Admin / Front Desk Reception
Location: Carlsbad, CA (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
A dynamic and growing financial services firm in Carlsbad is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, client interaction, and light sales and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms and prepare for meetings
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, email correspondence, and CRM updates (Salesforce)
  • Assist with office supply management and general office upkeep
  • Support sales and marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • English fluency required
