Job Summary:
Marquee Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters. The ideal candidate will have strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires flexibility, as reporting locations will vary throughout the week.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient history, exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and provider instructions in real time.
- Assist in navigating the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Ensure thorough and timely completion of medical documentation.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a medical scribe or strong understanding of medical terminology preferred.
- Proficiency in typing and EMR systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to various reporting locations.

- Varying locations: Laguna Hills, Santa Ana, and Corona.
