Job Description
Our fast-paced medical clinic in Laguna Hills, CA is hiring for two Medical Records Assistants in Laguna Hills, CA! Interviews will be scheduled ASAP with the on-site office manager.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Contract-To-Hire with conversion to permanent at 5 months
Job Description:
- Work in back office to process patient paperwork and filing onto physical and digital office database
- Frequent using of document scanning equipment.
- Assist main records clerk with transitioning physical files to digital files as company goes through EMR change.
- Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Paperwork-oriented
- Professional attitude and behavior
- Willingness to learn quickly!
