Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our administrative and operational needs by managing medical records, processing financial documents, and performing essential clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Print medical records for representatives and send out appeals.
• Document and scan authorizations for accurate record-keeping.
• Run virtual credit card transactions and assist in posting zero-dollar batches.
• Scan and label all payment batches into the deposit drive.
• Pick up mail from the hospital across the street twice a week.
• Download documents from the old clearinghouse portal.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• EPIC experience is a plus
• Experience working in a Medical office and familiarity with medical technology are a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
