Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Associate supports the vendor qualification process, assists with internal drug class code reviews in the JDE system, and participates in special projects. This role also provides regulatory support across various business units to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Onsite
Job Location Melville, New York
Pay: $25-$27/hr BOE
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Regulatory Item Creation Inbox and ensure item attributes are accurately verified and maintained.

Resolve PIX regulatory errors and assist in maintaining the Global Inspections Tracker (i360).

Develop, update, and revise standard operating procedures, work instructions, and related forms.

Review and approve vendor qualification documents for onboarding.

Provide regulatory guidance and support to Corporate Brand Development, Marketing, and other business units.

Ensure proper company licensure and product registrations to support operations.

Assist with research on regulatory issues and contribute to special projects as needed.

Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures related to quality assurance.

Physical Demands: This is an office-based role with no special physical requirements.
Knowledge Requirements:

Understanding of relevant regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
