Medical Device Graft/Sewers
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Medical Device Graft/Sewers to join our team in a direct hire capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative medical products that make a difference in patient care. $20 - $24/hr
5:00am - 1:30pm
Monday - Friday
Contract to Hire, convert within 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, sew, and inspect medical graft products in accordance with detailed written instructions and quality standards.
- Handle sterilized artificial tissue with care, ensuring proper techniques to maintain product integrity and safety.
- Operate various assembly and sewing equipment following established procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble entire products or specific components, rotating through different tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring they meet all quality and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment in adherence to clean room protocols.
- Accurately record production data and test results on approved documentation.
- Assist in training new or less experienced team members as needed.
- Read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related experience in medical device manufacturing, sewing, or assembly.
- Prior experience working in a clean room environment.
- Familiarity with assembly tools, sewing equipment, and GMP/QSR standards.
- Previous sewing or graft assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to perform detailed work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
