Our Family Medical Group in South Orange County is hiring for a Full-Time Temp to Hire Back Office Medical Assistant or Patient Service Representative in Lake Forest, CA. Interviews will be conducted ASAP with an on-site office manager.
MA Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a combination of clinical and administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.
PSR Job Summary:
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. This role includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to assist patients.
Pay range: $20-22/hr. based on experience Minimum Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Current BLS certification
- One year experience or training in a health care setting.
