Our fast-paced clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to assist with Front and Back office tasks.
Job Description:
- Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Work in back office to process patient paperwork and filing onto physical and digital office database
- Room patients, taking vitals such as blood pressure, etc
- Set up and stock exam rooms with necessary equipment and sterilize equipment post - exam
- Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification required
- Strong attention to detail and paperwork-oriented
- Professional attitude and behavior
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Willingness to learn quickly!
