Manufacturing Associate II

Pay: $21-$25/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble complex medical devices using small hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and test fixtures with high precision.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and cleanroom procedures to ensure a safe and controlled environment.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, identify issues early, and communicate concerns promptly.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Support process improvements by suggesting methods that enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members, supervisors, and engineers to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cleanroom procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with using small hand tools, microscopes, and test fixtures.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of GMP and GDP compliance.
- Troubleshooting skills for line issues.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience, preferably in a regulated setting.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
- Prior cleanroom or sterile environment experience is preferred.
- Maintain professional attire and adhere to all safety guidelines during shifts.
