Job Description
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / 100% onsite
Pay Range $28-$36ph BOE
Long term contract
Looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing experience and is highly proficient with HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and other channels.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot, including contacts, lists, workflows, email campaigns, forms, and reporting.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs.
- Track leads, customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
- Develop marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support lead generation and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data within HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
- Comfortable analyzing marketing data and campaign performance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

She currently works as an on-site manager at a prominent medical device company.
Outside of work, Nina has been a dedicated volunteer to local nonprofit organizations for the past 15 years. She also enjoys being outdoors, hiking and spending time with her three children.
