- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g. Klaviyo), and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and a strategic mindset to develop innovative approaches to partner engagement and demand generation.
- Languages: English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience of channel marketing
- Experience in the premium audio industry is preferred.
This role will support developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and success across our distribution channels. This individual will collaborate closely with channel partners and cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of channel-focused marketing initiatives. Travel may be required from time to time to headquarters and to local and domestic retailer offices for meetings.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support Channel Strategy Development: Support the development of comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on expanding market presence, driving partner engagement, and increasing revenue through indirect channels.
- Partnership Collaboration Support: Support building and nurturing strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers to effectively communicate marketing initiatives, align on strategies, and drive joint marketing efforts.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Create and execute channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that generate demand, increase partner loyalty, and achieve sales targets.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and tailored marketing collateral and other materials that resonate with partners and their customers.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies for optimal results.
- Budget Management: Manage the channel marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to ensure the highest ROI from marketing initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to showcase products, strengthen relationships, and drive lead generation.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within the channel landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and creative, to align channel marketing efforts with overall company goals and messaging.
