Manufacturing Associate I
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Second Shift - 2pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
- Compensation: Starting at $19.25 per hour, with potential opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with detailed work instructions and SOPs.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of aligner products to identify and document nonconforming materials or defects.
- Accurately complete production records, training documentation, and quality reports to ensure full traceability and compliance.
- Assist in various cross-functional manufacturing tasks to support operational flexibility and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to GMP standards and safety protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product quality and manufacturing excellence.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within medical device or similar regulated environments.
- Knowledge or experience with 3D printing, device assembly, or machine operations is a plus.
- Manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate successfully within a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a focus on safety and compliance.
