Manufacturing Associate – 1st Shift (Models Dept)
Location: San Diego, CA
Compensation: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4am - 12:30pm (occasional Saturday overtime)
Position Overview
A leading medical device manufacturer in San Diego is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their 1st shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing both standard and custom medical devices, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to work instructions

Perform visual inspections and identify nonconforming materials

Accurately complete production records and training documentation

Assist with cross-functional manufacturing tasks to support operational needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred

Experience with 3D printing and machine operations a plus

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with solid communication skills

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
