Global medical device manufacturrer is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in supply chain and logistics looking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, or operations within the medical device industry.
In this role, you will support daily logistics operations, ensure order accuracy, coordinate shipments, and work cross-functionally with warehouse, customer service, and external vendors.

- Support warehouse and logistics operations in processing and shipping orders
- Review orders and shipping documents for accuracy
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and customer returns
- Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork mindset
- Experience with data entry
- ERP system familiarity
- UPS / FedEx shipping platforms
- Logistics, inventory, or warehouse experience
- Customer service experience
- Medical device industry exposure
