Global medical device manufacturrer is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in supply chain and logistics looking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, or operations within the medical device industry.

In this role, you will support daily logistics operations, ensure order accuracy, coordinate shipments, and work cross-functionally with warehouse, customer service, and external vendors.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support warehouse and logistics operations in processing and shipping orders
  • Review orders and shipping documents for accuracy
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and commercial invoices
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
  • Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and customer returns
  • Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems
  • Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reporting
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
Required:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork mindset
Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience with data entry
  • ERP system familiarity
  • UPS / FedEx shipping platforms
  • Logistics, inventory, or warehouse experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Medical device industry exposure
