Leading global technologies company which develops, manufactures, and markets devices is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team.
Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator will support the warehouse operation. This candidate
should be organized, motivated, analytical, capable problem solver, and possess strong
communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse personnel in processing
orders. - Review order forms for accuracy.
- Create shipping labels.
- Prepare other shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
- Create relationships with external suppliers related to shipping.
- Provide customer service and liaison between other departments.
- Assists in delivery changes/issues.
- Inventory control/management.
- Ensure prompt return of defective items, loaners, evaluation items and travel cases
- Matching and verifying records such as packing lists, invoices and bill of ladings.
- Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers on documents.
- Update records in ERP and CRM software.
- Organize files both manually and electronically.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, annual closing reports including cycle counts.
- Other administrative duties.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills required
- Teamwork experiences, deadline driven and detail-oriented working style are
mandatory
- Data Entry
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience is preferred
- Logistics and/or inventory management experience are a plus
- Medical device experience is a plus
