Location: San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $100,000-250,000 (DOE)
A prestigious national law firm has immediate openings for Civil Litigation Attorneys at various experience levels to join their team in San Diego, CA. Opportunities are available across a variety of specialties including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare, Construction, and Professional Liability. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload and take on civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Handle research, drafting of motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Participate in trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Experience in one or more of the following practice areas is preferred: Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, Commercial, General Liability, Healthcare, Construction, or Professional Liability
- Trial experience is preferred but not required
- Driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment
