Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience in equity transactions for their Down Town Los Angeles office.
Summary
In this role, you will handle a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Your client base will include developers, investment companies and advisors, pension funds, and REITs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in at least two of the following areas is required:
- Acquisitions, dispositions, complex real estate joint ventures, financing, negotiation and preparation of loan documents, and development of commercial real estate.
- ?Excellent writing, organizational and analytical, and communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to work in a team, but also handle significant individual responsibilities.
- Major law firm experience preferred.
- A high level of academic achievement.Admission to the State Bar of California.
