About the Firm
Our client is a leading California-based law firm with multiple offices statewide. The firm is well known for its real estate expertise and provides a full range of services including litigation, corporate, tax, labor and employment, and environmental law. The firm is recognized for delivering practical legal solutions and maintaining strong, long-standing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating complex real estate joint venture agreements.

Structuring, reviewing, and negotiating LLC and partnership agreements.

Handling sophisticated real estate investment and joint venture transactions with developers, institutional investors, and sponsors.

Working both collaboratively in teams and independently on assigned matters.

Communicating with clients and colleagues, drafting legal documents, and ensuring proper governance, capital structure, and exit strategies.
Qualifications

2–6 years of relevant experience, particularly in real estate joint ventures.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Admission to the State Bar of California.

Prior experience in a major law firm is preferred.
Current openings in: Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco.
