Job Description
Orange County based Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team, with a primary focus on construction-related transactional matters. This position is based in either our Century City or Orange County office.
We are looking for candidates with 3–4 years of experience in:

Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including architect and design agreements

Engineering and consulting agreements
-
Construction licenses and easements
-
Development and project management agreements
Ideal candidates will possess:

Exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical skills
-
The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing substantial individual responsibilities
-
A keen interest in expanding knowledge and growing professionally
-
Experience in real estate acquisitions/dispositions, financing, title and survey review, and transactional due diligence (a plus)

Exposure to data center leasing (preferred but not required)

Prior experience at a major law firm

A strong academic background

Admission to the California State Bar
