About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a reputable law firm in Orange County seeking a skilled
Transactional Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in business transactions, real estate, or corporate law to work with a diverse client base and handle a wide range of sophisticated transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various business and commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, leases, and corporate governance documents

Provide legal counsel on M&A, corporate structuring, real estate transactions, and other business-related deals
-
Conduct legal due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions

Assist with entity formation, compliance, and corporate governance matters
-
Collaborate with clients to identify legal risks and develop practical solutions that align with business goals

Stay up to date on relevant state and federal regulations impacting business and real estate transactions
Qualifications:
-
Active membership with the California State Bar
-
3+ years of transactional law experience, preferably in business, corporate, or real estate transactions
-
Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Experience working directly with business owners, stakeholders, or real estate professionals
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and client-relations skills
