Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid or Remote Option Available)
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 (DOE)

Our growing law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our Orange County office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in employment law who is looking to take the next step in their career. Hybrid or fully remote work arrangements are available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance

Manage individual and class action cases, with a focus on PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
-
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies

Provide practical legal advice to employers regarding wage and hour issues, employee relations, and workplace policies
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience practicing Labor & Employment law

Experience with PAGA cases is required

Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing

Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently or collaboratively in a team setting

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management
