Legal Staffing Recruiter
Job Description
About the Role:
Marquee Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Legal Recruiter to join our Carlsbad office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, supporting our clients in identifying top legal talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage candidates using job boards including ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer extension and onboarding

Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements

Extend and negotiate job offers

Coordinate onboarding for temporary employees, ensuring compliance and documentation are complete

Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Meet weekly and monthly recruiting targets while delivering a high level of service to candidates and clients
Qualifications:

Previous recruiting experience (legal staffing preferred but not required)

Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working on-site in Carlsbad

Additional Information
Location: Carlsbad, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $85,000/year + uncapped commission potential
