Salary: $210,000-$240,000
Job Description:
A prestigious law firm is seeking to add an associate with 2-5 years of practice in Labor & Employment law to their offices in either downtown Los Angeles or San Francisco.
An attorney in this position will work closely with firm partners on challenging matters for high-profile clients nationwide.
Qualifications:
- Experience with a broad range of employment or similar complex commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and handling substantive motion practice.
- Representation of clients in state and federal courts and arbitration, especially on wage & hour and discrimination claims, whether single or class actions.
- Experience with employment advisory matters is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently demonstrate attention to detail and assume a high degree of responsibility.
- Excellent academic achievement and verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
