Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid or Remote Option Available)
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 (DOE)

Job Description:
Our growing law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our Orange County office. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in employment law who is looking to take the next step in their career. Hybrid or fully remote work arrangements are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance

  • Manage individual and class action cases, with a focus on PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

  • Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies

  • Provide practical legal advice to employers regarding wage and hour issues, employee relations, and workplace policies

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience practicing Labor & Employment law

  • Experience with PAGA cases is required

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently or collaboratively in a team setting

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management
