Job Description
Seeking to hire a new Database Specialist!
The position is primarily responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and implementation of product labeling, including the management of new and updated labeling specifications.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support all data entry aspects of the device labeling process.
- Create, maintain, and implement compliant labeling based on inputs from Engineering and Regulatory departments.
- Support updates to existing labels.
- Manage the creation of new and updated product labeling specifications.
- Complete UDI and EUDAMED database submissions using data provided by Product
- Development.
- Assist with Document control team with Document Control functions as required.
- Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in medical device or other FDA regulated
- industry.
- UDI experience or understanding desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with other MS Office programs and Adobe is required.
- Familiarity with label creation or graphic software desired.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision a plus.
- Must be able to handle project deadlines and be flexible in work schedule.
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 DOE
Shift: 7am-4pm
