About the Role
Shift: 2nd Shift 12pm start
Location: Deerfield
Key Responsibilities

Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards

Adhere to all Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements

Comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations
-
Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and associated work surfaces
-
Practice proper recycling procedures
-
Receive and process Patch devices (including de-kitting and verification of patient information)

Upload data from Patch devices to proprietary software tools
-
Meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
-
Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns
-
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Participate in Lean activities and 5S initiatives

Support small group problem-solving activities

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulated environment preferred

Computer proficiency required
